4 days without ectricity

 Due to cable fault in our pole electricity is disrupted in our house for last 4 days .Hence no water lifting from  the well as motor could not be started  .We have informed the electric authority but the issue is not yet resolved .

We have contacted a contractor who is asking 60000 cost of re installation.Moreover  some neighbours have no cooperation as they disturbed and disallowed in placing a post in side road  to connect the wire . I donot know where to approach now .
