 Winter just starting.Best food supplements to take are carrot, ghee, milk .Ginger clove , cardamom and warm water.Massage the body. These has been advised by one of my friend as precautions in winter.

 Most auspicious day .The festival of light. Best wishes for peace prosperityy and abundance. Let's begin a new innings in life releasing all negativity and disease with blessings from heavenly abode.

 Third day is devoted to Devi chandraghanta and fourth day tomorrow will be for Kusmanda. Ya devi sarvabhutesu shaktirupena sanstitha namastasya namastasya namastasya namunamah .

 The auspicious Navratri starts from today .The Durga puja brings happiness and continues for nine days. Herewith goes good wishes for the devotees to bring abundance prosperity and good health.  This is my favourite song playing in guitar. When my mood is off ,I play this song tune . Some people in my surrounding just quarrels in the morning which is very bad. Many times I asked them not to do so as morning shows the day . Helpless if they do not understand .I just go out for a walk just to avoid that negativity for the moment .This negativity or bad words  affects in health and mind .

 The long night curfew in the state of Assam has been lifted . Moreover weekend lock down on Saturday and Sundays also lifted by the government and the covid19 protocol to be maintained strictly. Happy Teacher's Day 

 After a long time I have checked the corona updates worldwide.It is as follows  World 26324,214 cases and death of 869076 . USA   625 1,118 cases and death 1 89 619 Brazil 4046150  and death 124 729 . India 3936747 and  68422 . Russia with 1015105 cases and death of 17 649. These are the countries with maximum cases.

 An old number.

 A friend found it difficult to withdraw emergency money due to link not  available or bank staff on leave in a small branch. His ATM card not active and no cheque book with him . After experieing  a week follow up ,ultimately he received special help from lead bank when he approached with a complain .He would not have the withdrawal problem if he had cheque book or active ATM card. He telephoned and explained that he did noteven  had cash to manage his household food items. He withdrawn some money from his account by leadership bank assistance.

 One of my friend from Nawgaon district from Assam expressed over phone about his difficulties faced regarding withdrawal of money from bank as internet link is not available for last 4 days. Several consumers are  facing hard time  due to the above fact. Covid19 cases are in increase everyday. Total affected corona virus in the state of Assam is 92619 and death toll at 252.  I am enclosing a guitar tune here.

 India celebrating independence day. This  is a day of inspiration and showing respect and remembrance of martyrs.  This time it is being observing with covid19 protocol. Happy Independance day .

 Yes ,fasting is observed by many people. Especially it is observed as spiritual and health reasoning.In all religion it is performed in different occasions.  Does it have any health benifits ?Evidence just keeps growing in favour of intemittent   fasting. It can have health benifits including obesity ,neurological disorders ,heart disease etc.,experts says. Initialy  it may be difficult due to experiencing hunger or irritability but the side effects usually disappears within a month .people normally observes the fasting for 12 to 16 hours.

 Night curfew. Market closed on Saturdays and Sundays.  Found some money from Bank  ATM after three days visit .ATM did not have cash earlier. Scarcity of fresh  green vegetables and fruits.Ordered some groceries online on 19 july on paid but the goods not yet received. Thanks to the milk man and the paid water supplier who is always punctual.

In our place ,it is hot throughout the day unexpectedly.The mercury shows 32 degree centigrade at day  time but the feeling of heatness is that of 42 degree.The sun is bright and it is happening for last one week throughout the state of Assam . 

There is no sign of pandemic diminishing in India.A record number of 52,300 cases reported in last 24 hours. A total of 15,83,792 affected cases and death of 34,968 so far.

One of my friend informed me over telephone that he is appearing his university exam from home.He has received question papers online taday and has to submit answer sheet within a week time for 3 papers of his PG diploma course .As the exam was pending due to continuous  lockdown due to covid19 pandemic. Students are instructed to write answers  in own compositions and direct copying from book is not allowed. The number of covid19 cases in India is in increase during these days . In our state Assam total affected cases crossed 21000 with death  of 51 persons so far due to  the novel corona virus. 

In the past few days ,in the state of Assam Covid19 cases are increasing quickly causing much tension among people.present cases today is at 14,052 and death of 24  .In India Covid19 cases totalling 276685 with death increased to 21604.Number of recovered person 4,95512.

Today morning one of my friend gave me a wrong information  by mistake regarding total cases of Covid worldwide. On check found as follows. Total cases = 1,14,19,529. Recovered =61, 61,729. Death =5,39,780.

In the city of Guwahati Assam, it is the seventh day in continuity for lock down. Only pharmacies , milk and medical   with some essential  services are allowed.Earlier grocery shop's were allowed to open during lock down  for public convenience but this time grocery shops are remaining closed till today causing shortage of daily useable food items . This has been done to avoid more social spread of the virus. New cases of 777 covid positive found yesterday in Guwahati city and total cases crossed 11000 with number of death 14 in the state of Assam ,India as on 5th July. 

Covid19 pandemic is increasing in India.As on date number of cases reached to 6,48,355 with death toll to 18655. Many places are under lock down .

The number of covid19 cases in India is 529k with death at 16095 now. In kampur metro Guwahati city is under complete lockdown from today night 12 o'clock onwards, which is announced by the administration.It will continue  for another 14 days as a precautions to minimise  the cases of the pandemic . i. So it will be till 12 july ,20.Curfew also imposed from 7P.M. to next day A.M. during this lockdown period. The number of cases in the state of Assam is 7165 with death 11. Globally affeted are 99 39 813 and death toll to 4 99 942.

In India 354065 persons affected with death toll at 11903 . Worldwide 81.9 lakh cases and 4.4 4 lakh died.

The number of cases in covid19 in India has crossed 2,98000 with death toll to 8501.In the state of Maharastra 3483 death recorded which is quite alarming.

In India, all the temples churches Mosques are opened after a gap of  two and half months. The functioning will be under social distancing sanitising and other rules. Shopping malls and restaurants are also allowed to open with same restriction.

The increase in covid19 is alarming.In India 257k cases with 7135 death recorded. In my home state Assam total affected is 2691 but luckily recovery rates  are better with number of death 4. Worldwide 67,99,713 cases and death 3,97.398.

High school result  The result of  high school leaving certificate, Assam is announced today. The percentage of pass being 64.80. Sri Dhritiraj vastab Kalita from Darrang District stood first. Most of the top ranked student when asked by media person prefers engineering or medical as their future profession. Most of the ranked candidate found to be from small town or village area. Great moment for successful candidate .  Due to the pandemic all the schools are closed and expected to open in mid July. 

This phase will continue till 31st May,2020. In India during this lock down substatial relaxation to essential services .Airtravel ,high gatherings are restricted .Number of cases of Covid-19 crossed 101k with deathtoll 3163 . Upto 50 people allowed in marraige functions and 20 persons in funeral ground.It is advised to maintain social distancing ,use of facemask etc.Spitting in public place is punishable. However curfew imposed everyday from 7p.m.to next day 7a.m.till 31st may,2020. Global affected recorded at 48,05430 death of 1,18 554.

Following ayurvedic medicines are recommended as COVID-19 precautions. 1 Aswagandha(withenia  sumifera ) 2 Giloi(tinospora cordifolia ) 3 Mulethi (glyeyrrhiza globa ) 4 Tulsi (Basil leaves ocimum sanctum ) These are available in  powder form.This recommendation advised by some ayurvedic product providers including Patanjali yoga centre.

Lock down is in continuation due to the pandemic. Millions of  people are affected with the corona  virus and 0ver 2.75 lakh  died worldwide so far as per the reports. In India death crossed 2500   persons   and over 70000  persons affected as on 14 th may,20. Further it is extended till 17th May,20. Some shops are allowed to open under some conditions .All educational institutes are remaining closed. In recent news Lock down 4 will start from 18th may 2020 with some changes. Rail services started with special restrictions from Indian capital New Delhi to some locations of the country with much precautions arranged by the government.

During lockdown on corona pandemic , some food grains are provided by Government of  India to some people. I have received a call from one of my friend from Nawgaon  and confirmed that he has received 10 kg.of rice and 1kg. Of pulses for free  for two members.He has received this for second time during last 30 days of lockdown. The same benifit received by one of my maternal uncle from North lakhimpur Assam ,who is a retired person.This initiative by the govt. is helpful for all needy. My friend's spouse also received Rs.500 on her Jandhan account two times during the period as special grant as he informed over telephone.

Every year we face water scarcity in starting of summer.Due to less rain well dries up .For last one week I was facing the problem.No water supply available in our area.We have to buy . Luckily there was a good rain yesterday .Started the motor but due to air in the pipe line ,it did not start.It is difficult to get a plumber or electrician during lock down. Tried by pouring a gallun of water in the pipeline restarted the motor and it worked. Water became available now. As saw the news ,felt sad as the COVID-19 death increased to 165000 globaly as on 20.04.'20.

 Government of India extended lock down in the country till 3rd May'20. After thorough discussions with officials and experts and observing all situation of rising cases of COVID-19 pandemic,this major decision has been taken. Honourable prime minister of India has urged the people of the country to maintain all rules and regulations concerning the lockdown . As per news updates as on 25th   april ,number of cases for the pandemic has increased to  26916   with death toll to  816    in India. It is very sad to know , globally   2.9M    cases and death increased to  202K.

Number of cases ,COVID-19  increasing continuously with death crossed 95,000 worldwide .It is a time of distress and all are praying for  normalcy to be back quickly.All necessary precautions are also maintained . In India , cases of corona pandemic is increasing everyday ,death toll increased to over 200  so far as per reports .Lock down in progress throughout the country and it is on 17th day. Due to the closure for last more than two weeks pollution level in cities have decreased.Reports says ,the level of pollution in river yamuna in Delhi has decreased after many years and water is cleaner now. Similarly water in Ganges at Varanasi and other areas are found much pollution free .

I got up at 5AM.The time  during lockout for corona pandemic changed complete lifestyle.In India over 3000 affected by the COVID-19 virus with 77 death reported so far. By seeing the latest update ,got upset minded.Total death worldwide 64,753.USA 8438 ,Spain 11 947,Italy 15362 ,Iran 3452 ,UK 4319 ,China 3329,France 7560,Germany 1446 death. Switch on to India TV  ,saw programme on astrological guidelines and yoga tips. Deep breathing pranayams, some yogic postures and exercises followed as per the programme which was earlier known to me. The death toll report on corona disease  was received on  news ,

Worldwide over 800000 positive cases and death toll at 40 777 in 206 countries affecting COVID-19. In the State of Assam no cases of this virus found till last month but the pandemic virus was diagnonised  in atleast 10 citizens yesterday. 

The number of corona  cases is increasing continuously worldwisee. The number of deaths increased  to more than 30000.The updation  as on 30.03.2020 morning as per WHO.

All measures as possible from different countries are seen undertaken to combat the present pandemic of COVID-19 affecting in 200 countries throughout the world. International Olympic Committee has already announced postponement of 2020 ,Tokyo Olympic ,decision taken alongwith Government of Japan. The death toll as reported by World Health Organisation ,raised to 21,031  with 4,65,915 cases globaly.

India's  first indigenous COVID-19 indigenous testing kit has been developed by a group of scientists at Mylab Discovery solutions put. Ltd. based at pune,Maharashtra. This kit have been approved by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR). A single kit cost is said to be INR 80000. One kit could be used for testing  100 Patients, the report said. The kit named as Mylab PathoDetect COVID-19 Qualitative PCR .

In India lock down imposed by the Government throughout the country for next 21 days to combat with the corona virus.However all the essential services will remain open for public requirement of essential commodities. Citizens are to keep inside their homes maintaining social distancing during this time period. As there is no alternative ,all are requested to maintain social distancing as the COVID19 virus spreads so quickly. Prime Minister of India addressed the nation  and focused on the importance of social distancing at right time so that the virus is not spread.

In many states in India lock down announced by the respective state governments as protective measures.All major cities and districts in Uttarpradesh are under lock down till March 25th  2020.Delhi the capital city of India is under  lock down till 31st  March 2020 in this context.All international flights offices bus and taxi services will remain closed during time. However all employees would be considered present on their roll.Only the essential services will remain open for public requirement.Citizens are requested to maintain social distancing and to avoid social gatherings so that the corona virus is not spread.This lock down is imposed in some other states also including Maharastra where maximum of 79 corona virus positive are reported till date.Lock down also imposed in other states which includes Bi, jharkhand,Uttarakhand,AndAndhrapradesh,Rajasthan,Telengana,Punjab,Kashmir.

Yesterday evening had a thunderstorm with lightning  rain for few minutes.Suddenly there was a heavy sound and dazzling fire seen  for few seconds in front of our house just 100 metres away.In one house there is a mobile tower at top and by the side of our house there is 11 KV HT electric cable line .On enquiry we have seen that a beetle nut tree fallen on that cable causing fire and that big sound.It was a fearful situation.lights were off for few minutes and came after 15 minutes.within next  half an hour ,on complain ,electricity personnel came and with their intelligent way the tree was cut off safely and removed from the cable . The situation became normal .

Due to the pandemic COVID19 worldwide people facing  various difficulties causing stress and boredom.As the daily routine is in a change or in disruption and social attachment losing .Institutes,restaurants ,parks closed ,events gets cancelled losing freedom etc. So it is a time to organise lifestyle doing good to each other.

This refers to the video uploaded by respected sri Gupteswar Pandey DGP,Bihar when he visited London ,recently to attend official conference.I was impressed to see the video showing while on his car travelling from London to Bristol, a 100 miles journey. The purpose of his visit to Bristol was to pay respect to the great reformer of India Raja Rammohan Rai at statue outside Bristol cathedral.The video was made on public request and it was mentioned that though UK is a small country,it has much advancement and development.People of England are wellbehaved, punctual and obey to the laws of their country with equality in society with respect for each other. It may be mentioned that Raja Ram mohan Rai challenged traditional Hindu culture and fought for women's right ,including an end to 'satidah' ,the practice of widow burning.The DGP at the end of the video mentioned,'sare jaha se accha Hindustan Haamara '.

In the morning I met a group of daily wage earners.Some of them are known to me.All were sitting under a tree listening to regional news channel on a mobile network.I stopped and listened the news along with them.It was announced that all the educational Institutions will remain closed till 29th March.Though there is no case of corona pandemic in the state of  Assam till date govt.has taken a decision as a precautionary measure.All cinema halls also will remain closed.I had some talk with them and came back.It was there work site.Many people are seen wearing protective mask on there way. manas9u@gmail.com

The Holi ,the festival of colour in India.It is the time of change of weather.Starting of Basanta or summer .It falls on full moon. Holi brings change in nature .All plants seen with new leaves.It is an enthusiasm.Happy Holi to all.Peace prosperity and abundance with good health is the wish for all friends.In this day people deletes misunderstanding with each if happens and renews for a cordial relationship and friendship for a better life.

On 8th March celebrating Womans day.There was a question on Facebook page of Life points market research as who is the most influential woman in your life ?Some people wrote about their mother,wife,sister or daughter.Some took name of some artist name as their influential or most liked woman on their life.My poll went to my mother Late Aruna Dutta whom I lost last year May .I show my respect to all women around the globe and wishing fortune happiness and good health.

No electricity at our home from morning.Thought  it will resume after some time as usual.Normally there is cut in electricity connection and it resumes after some time.shortage of electricity.But it did not come at 7p.m.All housese in our have the lights on except of us.So I lodged a complaint to the department and they said first that there is a transformer problem ,man are working, wait and see for sometime.At 8p.m.I wrang again I informed that current has yet not come.At around 9 p.m. I received a call and said ,go and see our people at main road going to attend the complain.Hurriedly I met the people who came and found a cable on the pole is damaged and asked me to get the cable at our cost of around 1000 rupees.After some negotiation the work was done on paid basis.It was an experience how on the cable was worn out at the top of the pole.The current resumed after almost twelve hours.presently electricity supply is alright except during some bad weather conditions as reviewed on 5
